    Apolis Activism is on a mission to build a “unique bridge between commerce and sustainable development," with classic and contemporary garments crafted from fair trade fabrics. The Philanthropist Briefcase, a collaboration with iconic Seattle brand CC Filson, is made from rugged, 17.5 oz Ugandan canvas sourced through Invisible Children, a nonprofit working to rebuild Uganda’s textile industry. The project has a viable impact -- it takes only four hundred briefcases to use the entire crops of three farmers.
