    Once a year, olive pickers prune the trees on the Aegean shores of Anatolia — one of the oldest regions of olive cultivation in the world. Those pruning sessions yield these fully natural salad servers made from olive branches. Designed by Koray Ozgen for ODUN, the branches are hand turned on one extremity only, which becomes a smooth handle for tossing and serving green salad. Each pair is totally unique.
