Director Sophie Gateau teamed up with Dublin-based electro-pop duo Last Days of 1984 to deliver this surrealistic video for "River’s Edge." With some seriously mindblowing shape-shifting effects applied to the bandmembers' profiles as they perform the track, Gateau manages to make something really special out of a simple performance clip.

Is the face-morphing clip a comment about man and nature being one and the same? Could be, but our pupils are too busy spiralling to properly consider it.
