Cameron Davidson is a Washington, DC-based photographer and pilot who uses the aerial vantage point to reveal humanity's impact on landscapes below. Capturing earth from a seldom-seen perspective, Davidson's work conveys an abstract beauty, like all the best aerial photography.
Davidson's work has been featured in publications like Vanity Fair, National Geographic and Smithsonian magazine. His environmental work with organizations like Ducks Unlimited and Audubon Magazine is ongoing; in 2013 he won Environmental Issues award from Nature's Best Magazine for his photo essay on mountain top removal coal mining.
