Brian Ferry: Cliff Edge

  • Posted by SHFT on July 21, 2011 in Travel
  • Brooklyn-born, London-based photographer Brian Ferry (nope, not that Bryan Ferry) traveled southeast to the coast to capture these beautiful pics of one of the UK's most stunning landscapes.

Included among the collection are epic images of the Seven Sisters chalk cliffs — a geological marvel that is being slowly and inexorably eaten away by the sea. Upon the crumbling cliffs teeters Birling Gap, a tiny settlement whose buildings are falling victim to the the waves. Can't mess with erosion.

More from Brian Ferry at his blog.
