Fay Yu's Photographic Dreamland

  • A long time ago, a genius uttered these immortal words: "Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it." Like all great proverbs, this one has stood the test of time because it carries an essential truth. Sometimes you have to slow it down a notch and appreciate the world around you.

Judging from her quiet, contemplative photos, Hong Kong-based photographer Fay Yu appears to agree. And luckily for those of us who are pinned to the computer, she has graciously posted her images on the 'net. So if things are gnarly at work, or if you're stressed out about something, take in the calming vibe of these photos and breathe deeply. Maybe throw some Enya on the speakers too.

    See? All is well.
