'Flying Cars'

  • Futurists all agree we'll have a car-less future. Personalized pods that contain our favorite music, food, and comfort items that plug into city, country, and even interantional systems tend to be the mode of travel for the prognosticators of transportation.

And now we've found French artist Sylvain Viau who's created the 'Flying Cars' photo series. He digitally altered photographs of several vintage cars and experimented with the futuristic idea of hovering cars. The scenic seascape of Cherbourg, France serves as the backdrop for these snapshots.

Juxtaposing older model vintage cars with the futuristic concept of the hovercar, Sylvain Viau’s 'Flying Cars' provide an almost classic/alternative way to look at the future.
