Opinel's signature beechwood-handled pocket knives look pretty much the same as they did in the late 19th century. 

    For amateur mushroomers like us, this Opinel Mushroom Knife is a must-have. With a thin, curved blade featuring a serrated back, it removes cuticles nice and easy, and the beechwood handle incorporates a boar hair brush for easy removal of soil.
