Akron/Family, "Cast A Net"

Directed by Brian Ziffer, the music video for Akron/Family’s “Cast A Net” is full of images of childhood innocence and imagination, set in a world of animation and CGI. The trio, Dana Janssen, Seth Olinsky, and Miles Seaton, also make an appearance in the underwater wonderland. The video works perfectly with the dreamy sounds and lush harmonies Akron/Family create in the song. “Cast A Net” is from the band’s most recent LP, Akron/Family S/T II: The Cosmic Birth and Journey of Shinju TNT, out now on Dead Oceans.
