SHFT TV: 'WAR/PHOTOGRAPHY' at the Annenberg Space

WAR/PHOTOGRAPHY, the groundbreaking exhibition of war photos currently on view at the Annenberg Space for Photography, tells the history of military conflict through the lenses of dozens of photographers. It’s an important exhibit, one that’s sure to alter the consciousness of anyone who visits.

In this video, we meet with co-curators Anne Wilkes-Tucker and Will Michels, as well as with a few of the contributing photographers, including Ashley Gilbertson, David Hume Kennerly Edouard H.R. Glück, and Carolyn Cole. Watch and learn what drives their work, what moves them to dive into such dangerous territory, and why this may be the greatest exhibition of war photos, ever.

WAR/PHOTOGRAPHY is on display until June 2. The Annenberg Space is located in 2000 Avenue of the Stars in Century City, CA. Admission in free. Check the website for hours.
